12/29/01 - First Gunwale, Part II

It was easy to estimate the amount of epoxy it would take to glue the gunwale, since it was the same length and about the same width as a plank. I mixed up the glue, and while bending it on, it too broke. Not in two this time, though, so I glooped some epoxy into the break, applied a clamp over it and proceeded to finish clamping the rest of the gunwale down. We'll see if this was a smart thing to do or not tomorrow.
